It was in 1946 that Winston Churchill gave his famous "The Sinews of Peace" speech on the Westminster College campus. The National Churchill Museum, just a few minutes away from the Brick District, is located on the ground level of St. Mary the Virgin Aldermanbury church.
Designed by Christopher Wren from London in the 1960s this church was reconstructed on campus to commemorate this speech. The museum's hours of operation are 10 am to 4:30 pm everyday.

Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society

Located in the heart of the Brick District, the Kingdom of Callaway Historical Society is the home of the archives of Callaway County history. Stop in during your visit to learn about the early Callawegans. Locals can even research their family lineage! The KCHSOC is staffed entirely by passionate volunteers Tues. through Fri. 10 am to 4 pm. Take a trip to the past, today!
Stinson Creek Trail
This nearly 5 mile paved trail follows the path of Stinson Creek from point to point. It is family and pet friendly, though dogs must be kept on a leash. The trail can be used year round and features a lake , a bridge and other activities. For more info, please visit:
